A 1 day Course to learn the Moroccan Hammam treatment. For beginners, You do not need any qualifications for this course. This is an introductory to the 4 day short course, or to learn a new (ancient wisdom) skill to preform on yourself or friends and family. The hammam ritual is very important part of self-care in the Moroccan and other cultures, for many generations it's a cleansing ritual that Moroccans perform at least once a week at home, a hammam or a spa. Learn this ancient skill which you can use for a lifetime, embody this weekly practice, the art of the cleansing ritual, your body will feel clean, rejuvenated and nourished and your mind and nervous system relaxed. This course will teach you the authentic Moroccan Self Discovery Hammam treatment. ​ You will learn step by step how to perform a Moroccan Hammam ritual, introductory to the products you use in a hammam and the benefits. You'll need to bring swimwear or any clothes you don't mind will get wet. We provide towels, robes and slippers and all the products.
